1. If you are already a member before 7th October, 2025; click on PREVIOUS MEMBERSHIP below to login into your dashboard. Otherwise, proceed to step 2.

2. If you are a new member, click on NEW MEMBER SIGNUP below. Please use your personal email address to signup, you will not be able to change your email address and/or your full name.

3. After signup, check your email account to verify the details you submitted.

4. Once you verified your email, you will be redirected to complete the membership registration form. Once you click on submit button, you will be taking directly to your dashboard. Check your dashboard regularly for updates.

6. Once your application and the required documents are reviewed, a rejection or an approval will be granted.

7. Follow the steps in the confirmation of registration email to pay the required fellowship or membership fee.

8. Please ensure you pay the required fee to avoid delay. Once your payment is confirmed, an approval will be granted and you can download an online copy of your fellowship/membership certificate. The original certificate will thereafter be signed and airmail to you. If you need a printed copy of your certificate, you will be asked to pay for shipping fee relative to your location.

9. Please note that your membership/certificate expires after one year, which means it must be renewed and regenerated after your annual dues is paid.
